About me

I’m a Counselling Psychologist and trauma-informed therapist offering a warm,
relational space where you can be fully met and supported.
My work is integrative and rooted in psychodynamic and person-centred values,
with the understanding that healing happens in connection.
Alongside talking therapy, I offer EMDR and Brainspotting — body-based therapeutic
approaches that help process trauma, anxiety and emotional overwhelm.
When experiences are too much, too fast or too early for us to cope with,
they can become stored in the body and nervous system.
These methods help release what has been held inside, creating more space for calm,
clarity and self-trust.

How I work
My aim is to create a compassionate, collaborative and grounded environment where you feel safe to explore your inner world at your own pace. Together, we may:
- build understanding of patterns shaped by past and present experiences
- connect with the body’s signals and innate wisdom
- process trauma gently and safely
- develop more supportive ways of relating to yourself and others
- strengthen your capacity for regulation, connection and fulfilment
Psychotherapy is not only for times of crisis. It can also be an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself, shift long-standing patterns and move toward a more meaningful, authentic life.

Clinical background and areas of interest
I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from the University of Roehampton, and over the past 14 years I have worked in NHS, private and charitable settings with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, relational and mental health difficulties.

I have a particular interest in:

- complex PTSD
- attachment difficulties
- narcissistic abuse and recovery
- anxiety and stress
- identity, shame and self-esteem
